OUR OBJECTIVE

To create educational, fun and imaginative shows that mix science with entertainment. We always seek to further our knowledge, generate light humor and to create shows that offer exciting interactions while being safe, responsible and respectful. We pride ourselves on being inclusive while supporting the local economy in all that we do.

Kpop Shark Heroes - 8pm, 26th July

Description

A special featuring Ken Jeong and Grammy-winning artist REI AMI as they use the power of K-Pop to transform the perception of sharks in East Asia and across the globe.

Team

Saving the Blue’s Vice President Dr. Tristan Guttridge and expert Dr. Sora Kim were joined in The Bahamas by actor, comedian and licensed physician. Dr. Ken Jeong and incredible singer, actress and Kpop legend Rei Ami. The team were joined by a variety of videographers, including Director of Photography Mike Reid and underwater videographers Duncan Brake and Andy Casagrande. In addition to those mentioned we must thank those not, including dive supervisors, medics and those representing Anomaly.

House of Sharks - 9pm, 27th July

Description

“House of Sharks takes viewers to the waters outside New Zealand where great white sharks compete to gain control of the nearby feeding ground.

Team

Saving the Blue’s Vice President Dr. Tristan Guttridge and white shark expert and Shark Week legend Kina Scollay joined forces with marine biologist Melissa Marquez for this exciting show based around Stewart Island, New Zealand. In addition, the team were joined by many videographers, including Director of Photography Mike Reid. We must highlight and thank Christian Meola, dive supervisors, medics, producers and all representing Hazmat Productions. Description

Marine biologist Dr. Tristan Guttridge attempting to train great white sharks using techniques pioneered by the U.S. Navy to train dolphins.

Biggest Mako On Earth - 10pm, 27th July

Description

Marine biologist Tristan Guttridge, conservationist Kendyl Berna and shark tagger Keith Poe explore rumors that 15 to 20-foot mako sharks are in the deep waters off Southern California.
